Parking is calculated on a calendar day basis. See our rate chart. This will provide you with a fixed price for your stay and what parking options suit your needs.
No Problems. If it occurs on the same day you can enter/exit at any time during your booking period, eg, Booked to arrive at 8 AM, but arrive at 7 AM. We use your booking times to make sure we have the right number of staff available at peak times. You can also amend your travel times up to 48 hours before. Just click the ‘manage booking‘ link in your confirmation email.
If you wish to extend your stay before you leave simply use the ‘manage booking‘ link confirmation email. However, if you are already away, just an email us to advise us of your changed return dates. On your return, we will simply charge for the additional days you were away at our standard parking rates. See per our Booking Terms & Conditions
We have express shuttle buses that operate “on-demand”, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They do not run to a set timetable but operate continuously to and from Melbourne Airport. On your arrival, we take you direct to the centralised drop off/pick up point and on your return, we pick you up at the same location. Just contact us using our “Return Shuttle Reservation" Service
We can cater for children (6+ months) travelling on our buses and we have a Travelling with Children Policy that provides you with all the information you need. When you book on-line you will be asked if you are travelling with children, so that we can arrange appropriate seating. If you book via another method, you will need to notify us in advance so we can arrange the correct bus set up for your trip.
For a stress free trip we suggest you arrive at least 45 minutes before you wish to be at the Airport. This allows for parking and transfer of your luggage to our awaiting buses and any unforeseen traffic. This is in addition to the time the airline recommends you arrive at their check-in desk.
All buses are allocated to stop in the centralised under cover drop-off point located at the front of the T2 International Terminal, Lane 2, ground level at Zone E (opposite the ParkRoyal). Access to T4 (Jetstar, Tiger and Rex), T3Domestic Terminal (Virgin Australia), T2 International Terminal and T1 Domestic Terminal (Qantas) is easy via pedestrian crossings at each end of the drop off point. It is a short 5-minute walk to all terminals from this central drop/pick-up location.

Unlike other car parking companies that may claim to be providing ‘covered’ parking, which is usually shade-cloth covered areas. When you select you select Sky Park Airport Parking your vehicle will be parked in our purpose built, multi-story car park. Our car park provides true undercover parking.
Simply click on the manage booking link in your confirmation email. You can future date your booking so you can utilise this booking at a later date, or you can choose to cancel your booking and subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions.
NO! if you choose to Self-Park, simply park your car in your designated space and take your keys with you. Or Yes, if you have chosen to use our Valet Parking option you simply leave your car at the Valet unload area and we’ll look after the everything for you!
No it is not the same owners. SkyPark Airport Parking has taken over the former Ace Airport Parking with improved facilities and services at 189 South Centre Road, Tullamarine. We are not associated in any way with Ace Airport Parking, Jetport Self Park, Jetport Valet, Jetport Security Parking or Europcar Airport Parking.
We have dedicated disabled parking spots available, however, we will need to be advised of this well in advance when a booking is being made. All reservations will need to be made over the phone to discuss details. Passengers with disabilities will need to be at Sky Park at least 60 mins before the time they need to be at the airport. NOTE this service is only available for our Valet parking option.
The height clearance at the entry of our car park at 2.3 Metres and our Valet Parking spots and upper levels have a slightly lower height clearance of 2.2 Metres. Please advise us if you require 2.3-metre clearance so that we can allocate a space.
